It has a solvent-based coating line, a dust-free coating line, a UV curing and non-solvent coating line, and some lines are under building. It is equipped with RTO, mixing and dispersion system, slitting machine, lamination, rewinding machine. It can supply customers jumbo rolls, log rolls, die-cut rolls. The quality control department has four engineers with professional testing equipments. ISO quality system is strictly implemented.

It is eqipped with rolling ball tester, thickness gauge, humidity chamber, multifunctional tension tester, holding power tester, shore hardness tester, glossmeter, pencil hardness tester, cross-cut tester, desk coating machine, UV curing machine, infrared spectrometer, gel permeation chromatography and viscometer etc...R&D has the capability to do formulation development, performance analysis, application simulation and aging tests.
